Technical sharing of antique building construction

The technology sharing of antique architecture construction and modern antique architecture in Xinjiang's lighting engineering can be seen everywhere now. High quality raw materials are used in design and construction, but this cannot guarantee that there will be no damage after long-term use. Next, I will share with you several repair methods.

1. Surface crack treatment method

1) Shallow cracks

Surface sealing method is used for shallow cracks:

Grassroots treatment: Use sandpaper or steel wire brush to remove surface floating, oil stains, etc., and then rinse with clean water. Mix the anti carbonization surface sealing coating A (powder) and B (liquid) at a ratio of 2:1 with a mixer for 3-5 minutes, then apply twice with a brush or roller, with an interval of 1 hour.

2) Deep gaps or gaps with a width exceeding 0.2mm

Crack treatment: Use an angle grinder to carve grooves along the surface of the concrete. The groove width and depth are determined based on the depth of the gap and the favorable sealing effect. Generally, a groove depth greater than or equal to the depth of the gap is recommended, and a groove width of 20mm is recommended.

2. Material configuration: Add about 25% water to the concrete crack filling agent, and use a forced mixer to mix for 3-5 minutes. For small batch use, a handheld electric drill can also be used for mixing. The prepared slurry should be used up within 1 hour.

Repair: Apply a layer of interface treatment adhesive at the interface of the pit and groove, and apply concrete crack filling agent while brushing.

3. Treatment methods for honeycomb and pitted surface of concrete defects

The treatment method for honeycomb surface is basically the same as the treatment method for concrete damage. Grassroots treatment - Stir RG inorganic repair material - Apply interface agent - Repair treatment (repair thickness should be around 1cm).
